I have just had a new water softener fitted by Dorset Water Centre and received excellent service from them. Contacting them was easy and straightforward. We discussed what was required and agreed a time and date for the work to be carried out. I was sent a message on the day to let me know that the fitter was on his way. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite, worked quickly and cleanly. No hassle, no mess, all good!

My order arrived very promptly after ordering on-line and was delivered in good condition at the time expected. I have always been very happy with Kinetico salt blocks and I am sure the latest consignment will be of equal quality. Delivery driver friendly and helpful. Beautiful dog in cab that was clearly not going to let me anywhere near the van interior. Nothing is going to get pinched from that vehicle while he's on board! (That's not a complaint by the way - I love all dogs, even those that clearly don't return the feeling).

James did a lovely job of renewing an outside water tap plus a new outside water tap for our new hose which he also put up for us. It is so neat and much easier for watering our back garden. He took care to position the reel on the wall at the right height. Ive already used it and I wish I had this done sooner...but then I may not have had James to do the job, so good job I waited for him. This is a very nice small local company. Tom came out to assess the situation and advise us, he was very pleasant, explained everything well, was not at all pushy. We had a quooker tap fitted as well as a kinetico water softener. We have had a lot of problems over many years, getting hot water to our kitchen. The quooker fits the bill. We had James to fit them and I can honestly say, he was very competent at everything. The liaison with us, the fitting of the machines and communicating with us all the time it was being done. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and polite and so tidy. I had concerns about enough space in the kitchen cupboard where the kinetico was going to be installed. James soon sorted this out, much to my delight. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The kinetico water softener is a neat machine, much neater than some other models companies use. I thoroughly recommend Dorset Water Centre if anyone is contemplating having a water softener or Quooker tap or both. We are thoroughly delighted. Who wouldn't want to make a pot of tea straight from the tap. The boiling water feature is a revelation and saves money too and who wouldn't want to shower in lovely soft water. Thank you James for helping us and sorting out our long standing problems.

A phone call to a very nice lady was all it took to book our appointment to change our old water softener. After an initial mix up with the installation date James came to change our water softener. He was a nice polite and knowledgeable young man and a credit to Dorset Water Centre. After fitting the new softener our water was back to being soft within a couple of days.

Collected 5 packs of block salt from the store yesterday - that's 40Kg in total. Tom carried the whole lot to my car in one hit and packed them not to shift. We certainly do have feedback!!! To say that Dorset Water Centre is the best company to deal with would be an understatement!!! They are quick, efficient and never let you down. We had a leak from our water softener in the kitchen. We rang them at 8.30 am and they were with us within 15-20 minutes. Not only that but both Tom and James are a delight to deal with.

Difficult job because kitchen fitter chose a sunken sink deeper than we needed.. James stuck with the task and managed to work around the obstacles. Whilst the softener had to wait a little James ensured the sink and water facilities were running in the mean time. Meant a lot Excellent tidy result at the end.

The level of customer service provided to me by the Dorset Water Centre was nothing short of outstanding. My initial contact over the phone was expertly handled and a problem involving difficulty in registering my new water softener with Kinetico was effectively and efficiently fixed. The engineer who visited was timely, polite, friendly, informative and extremely knowledgeable. The water softener was quickly reset correctly and a couple of other minor issues I was unaware of were sorted. I am very impressed with the Dorset Water Centre and I look forward to finally having lovely, soft water again. I recommend the Dorset Water Centre most highly and will definitely use them in the future.
